What's your class cancellation policy?
We recommend only pre-registering for classes you are certain you can attend. Of course, there are days when making it to class just isn't going to happen. On those days, it's important to keep our class cancellation policy in mind. Our class cancellation window and policies are similar to those that most studios have.
The late-cancellation window begins 12 hours before class begins. Cancellations that take place during that window will result in a charge of $5. Missing class without canceling will result in a charge of $30. Accounts with an unpaid balance are suspended from future online pre-registration.
If you pay per class (Single Class or 5 Class Pass) and miss class, that class credit will be used in lieu of our no-show charge.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Visit the studio at least 15 minutes before the class you intend to take and we will apply your gift card toward your purchase. You can also redeem your gift card online by visiting our schedule page here, select the class you intend to take. You will be prompted to log in and choose First Visit Offer, Single Class, 5 Classes, etc. On the check out page you will see a place to enter your Gift Card # (back of the card, starts with "GC"). This is not the same as Promotional Code -- if you see the Promotional Code box, continue to the next page to enter your Gift Card #. If you run into any issues, bring your Gift Card into the studio and we will take care of you onsite.
Can I try a class before I buy the First Visit Offer?
We require payment in advance, but we are happy to apply any payment made in advance toward the purchase of the First Visit Offer if you make the switch right after class.
Can I freeze or suspend my Membership?
We do not permit freezing or suspensions. If you have a membership, cancel and return when you're ready.
Can I get a refund for unused classes?
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. Unused classes remain in your account for future use.
Can I transfer unused classes to a friend/share my package?
We are unable to transfer credits to other user accounts and do not permit package sharing.
Can I pay for a Membership in cash?
We need a credit or debit card to activate your Membership. You'll be charged automatically on the same day each month (If you become a Member on the 5th of the month, you will be charged each month on the 5th). We accept cash (no $100 bills please) for all other purchases.
How can I update my billing information?

I need to cancel my Membership. How can I do this?
Fill out this cancellation form. We will confirm our receipt of this form asap. We need 30 days to process cancellations. Any payments scheduled during the 30 days after your request will be processed. New Members will be billed a minimum of 2x.
