Amanda M

Amanda's classes provide a space to drop in and connect to your breath. Her classes integrate creative sequencing and concise alignment cues to bring balance to the body and the mind. She began teaching yoga after completing training in 2015 recently found inspiration from teachers like Heather Lilleston and Kevin Courtney. She enjoys many restaurants in Harlem, in particular getting brunch at Vinateria and then dessert at L.A. Sweets.

Sabrih S

Sabrih's classes feature a unique blend of vinyasa yoga and incorporate elements of mindful meditation. She is influenced by the moments of stillness in and out of yoga and enjoys sharing her passion for movement. In addition to being a yoga and Latin dance instructor, she is continuing her education of the human body through her studies in Physical Therapy at Hunter College.
In her free time, she loves to take a dance classes in the city. Her favorite small business in the neighborhood is Manhattanville Coffee.

Robbin R

Robbin's goal for every class is to inspire and challenge students to discover new connections within themselves, and with others. Her classes combine fun flows, functional movement drills, and breath work. Her style is influenced by Krissy Jones and Kajuan Douglas. Robbin enjoys eating, sleeping, indulging in buzzy wellness trends. Her go-to spots in Harlem are Seasoned Vegan when she's on a vegan kick and Red Rooster when she is not.

Michelle V

In Michelle's class, expect to move through your breath to music with lighthearted, playful sequences dedicated to building peak poses. Michelle creates a judgment-free space where everyone can celebrate their true authentic selves, emphasizing inner-strength and confidence. Off the mat, Michelle loves listening to jazz downstairs at the legendary Red Rooster in Harlem.

Yvonne C

Yvonne's classes take an alignment focused, injury preventative, and prop supported approach; encouraging her students to build a practice based on incremental growth and rejuvenation. As a Yoga Tune Up® certified teacher, she utilizes corrective exercise, myofascial release techniques, and breathing strategies to help align yoga with her students' overall health and wellness goals. She is inspired by mentors Jodie Rufty and Sarah Bell, as well as Puy Navarro and Mona Anand. 

When not teaching she can be found traveling the world with her partner, writing for film, voraciously reading anything she can get her hands on, and running her not-for-profit theater company Shrunken Shakespeare. Her gluten free and nutritional restrictions find a home at Pisticci in West Harlem for out of this world Italian food.
Move into stillness, quiet the mind. Flow for $8 classes offer accessible, mixed-level, instruction appropriate for all practitioners. Expect a balance of mindful breathing and careful movement.  Cost: $8, or use your Membership/First Visit Offer. For those without a current Membership/First Visit Offer, rental mats are $2, hand towels are $1, bath towels are $2. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins. Online pre-registration closes 30 minutes before class begins. Late entry is not permitted. The late-cancellation window begins 12 hours before class begins. Cancellations that take place during that window will result in a charge of $5. Missing class without canceling will result in a charge of $8 (or loss of class credit).
